There call center is a terrible!!! The computers are slow and they are waiting on there end and you of course are waiting. Ten if you need technical help you always have to talk to the person in training for an hour or more before they transfer you to the person that can fix your problem in 2 minutes. But the app is good if you can get your answer there and if it is up and running.
